One's Success

It was worth all the trouble practicing, scheduling, and transportation. The joint praise night effort was a success.

CTJCC Lagro, Bread from Heaven, and CTJCC Union (that's us) each performed five songs. Let me see if I still remember our lineup:

Glory
Most High
Above All
Here I Am to Worship
One Way

The energy was still up when we performed (we were the last). That was good. The better part of it was some of the youth in our group were inspired to play some worship songs for the church. See? Things happen when you worship through song.

What else can I say? Compared to the other teams, we still had a long way to go. Our lineup contain songs which are extremes: either too powerful or too meditative. Not that I'm saying it's wrong, but these things you don't notice until you perform with other bands. It was a good experience for all of us.

I should invest on a video recorder or a camera so you can all see what we're doing.

Unfortunately the phone line is still down. Argh!

Prologue

The entries written here are based on true stories. Whenever possible, non-factual events and situations are labeled to distinguish the real from the imagined. Yes, sometimes the author can tell the two apart.
